Last weekend I got a tour of the waterways off of Sanibel from a friend who was visiting his family on the island for a few days. He needed to test the carburetor he just cleaned and un-do all of the hurricane prep he and his family did on their powerboat for Irma, so it was the perfect excuse to take it out for bit.

During his tour we saw around 30 dolphins and the Sanibel Lighthouse. He showed me a few of his bayside fishing spots, some of the best places to watch fireworks from the water during the upcoming holidays and then enjoyed a few local beers at the Pink Flamingo.
