Galley Recipies

Cooking on a boat can be very interesting at times.... especially when you are used to cooking in a full size kitchen with all the bells and whistles. It gets even more interesting when you are constantly living on the hook. Remove the microwave, the blender, the oven, the instant hot water, the electric coffee maker, the dishwasher..... yes.... It gets very interesting cooking on a boat.  

 Since the boat we live and work on only has a two burner stove and a broiler that burns through anything in its way, we have had to be creative on the stove-top or grilled meals we serve to our guests. 

 Below are some of our favorite meals that we like to prepare. Most require minimum prep time and can be prepared using 3 pots or less. Feel free to share with others or to let us know how they worked for you on your boat!
